In 2006, Rob co-founded LiquidCGI, a significant milestone in his career. His vision and technical prowess established one of the first studios dedicated exclusively to photorealistic CGI for advertising agencies. Expanding globally, Rob launched a studio in Hong Kong, enhancing production capabilities and tapping into a global talent pool. His influence on creative directors and the introduction of groundbreaking rendering technology set new industry standards.

Rob's career reached new heights when he joined Johnson & Johnson Design. Recruited for his unmatched expertise, he spearheaded the development of photorealistic CGI capabilities, creating industry-standard processes and techniques. Under his leadership, the capability grew from a regional startup to a global powerhouse. After establishing this capability, Rob then focused on bringing AR/VR capabilities to J&J, where he developed and led a team to create the first in-house capability to develop VR training applications. His work in virtual reality further showcased his ability to integrate technology with practical solutions.
